Ignore VIA686

There are boards that have a VIA686 sensor chip (not really used) and a Winbond Sensor chip, MBM detects the VIA686 first and ignores the Winbond after that, to overcome this problem you can tell MBM to ignore the VIA686.

Edit the MBM 5.ini file and find the [ADVANCED] section, add/change the line Ignore VIA686=1
